Creative Boredom
A downloadable Game Prototype for Windows and Android
Your boredom made amusing!
A project brief summary...
This game prototype showcases a full gameplay cycle of...
(Start) → Buying an Item Recipe → Crafting the Item from the Item Recipe → Selling the Crafted Item → Return to (Start)
It also showcases a seamless navigation between multiple different menu screens using a custom-made App-like scene changer script under the hood designed to mimic the ReactJS "React-Router" package but within a Godot game via GDScript instead of using ReactJS. This custom-made scene change manager script was programmed by Kurochan herself after waking up in the middle of the night from one of her "Lightbulb Moments" and proceeding to program the script until her 8am wake up alarm went off... the game prototype was more of an afterthought that she built around the scene changer manager script lolz...😅

More about this project series...
This game is part of Kurochan's Idea Lab series projects collection. As such, it is NOT a "full game" but instead more of a "proof of concept" project meant to provide game mechanic ideas and game design inspiration — all for a small minimum donation of at least $1 USD to our own game dev funds in exchange.
Our studio's leader, Kurochan, often creates random little proof of concept games centered around a specific game mechanic or a single concept whenever she has something on her mind that's bugging her. So this means the "Kurochan's Idea Lab" series will continue to grow and she hopes you will enjoy her little game ideas as much as she had fun making them!😁
