Terms of Use & EULA
Please read these terms carefully before using assets created by KuroyukiDev Games — including those created and released independently by the studio's leader, Kurochan. By downloading or using these assets, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Usage Rights
- Commercial & Non-Commercial Use: You may use these assets in personal, educational, and commercial projects (such as video games, videos, websites, or other digital media).
- Modification: You are free to edit, modify, or adapt the assets to fit the needs of your specific project.
2. Restrictions (What you cannot do)
- No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the assets (original or modified) as standalone files or asset packs. They must be incorporated into a completed project (e.g., a compiled game).
- No NFT/Crypto Use: These assets may not be used in any blockchain, cryptocurrency, or NFT (Non-Fungible Token) related projects.
- No Generative AI: You may not use these assets to train AI image generation models or machine learning algorithms.
3. Attribution
- Credit Appreciated: Credit is not strictly required but is greatly appreciated! If you list credits, please credit to either "KuroyukiDev Games" or "Kurochan".
- Let us know: If you do use our assets, please feel free to send us a link to it so we can check it out! We would love to see what you created! (By the way... Even NSFW 18+ projects are okay with us! Our studio staff is all well over the age of 25 years each so there's no legal issues with that lolz!)

The assets are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. KuroyukiDev Games and Kurochan make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the assets for any particular purpose.
By using these assets, you agree to assume all risks associated with their use.
In no event shall neither KuroyukiDev Games nor Kurochan be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the assets.
5. Ownership
KuroyukiDev Games and Kurochan retain all original copyright and ownership of the assets. Purchasing or downloading this pack grants you a license to use them, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

KuroyukiDev Games and Kurochan reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the assets after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
